In order to provide the best possible experience of Alien: Isolation, the game will require an install on the Xbox 360.
Alien: Isolation will ship on two discs; Disc 1 will be used for a one-time mandatory install and Disc 2 will be used to play the game, after the install there will be no requirement to switch discs.
The initial install will require an Xbox 360 Hard Drive or an external USB flash drive (sold separately) with at least 6.2GB of free space. If using a USB flash drive it must be at least USB 2.0 with a minimum 15mb/s read speed and formatted for Xbox 360 use. A new USB flash drive is recommended to ensure optimum performance.
- I’ve downloaded “Crew Expendable”/”Last Survivor” but I don’t know how to access it.
Crew Expendable and Last Survivor can be found on the main menu after selecting “Play Game”
- I’ve downloaded the DLC but I can’t find/access it even though the download was completed successfully.
First, ensure that the Game has been restarted since completing download of the DLC you are trying to access.
If this doesn’t fix the problem try reinstalling the DLC. DLC can be uninstalled via the Dashboard “Storage” option under “Settings”. To access the storage options, scroll to the right-most page on the Xbox 360 Dashboard called “Settings”. From here select “System”, followed by “Storage”, the storage device the DLC is installed to, then finally select “Games and Apps”. Scroll through the game list to find Alien: Isolation and press the A button to select it, highlight the DLC to uninstall, press the A button to see the options available and select “Delete” . To reinstall the DLC, visit the store via the dashboard or select “Xbox Game Store” from the Alien: Isolation main menu. Once installation is complete, start Alien: Isolation.

There are a number of ways to find the DLC in the store. The easiest is to select “Xbox Game Store” on the main menu, which will show you all available DLC for the game. Other ways include browsing the Xbox Game Store from the Xbox 360 Dashboard, using the search function within the store or using the Bing search app.
