Switch - Getting Started

Football Manager Touch™ 2018 (FMT 2018) on Nintendo Switch™ is only available digitally and can be purchased in the Nintendo eShop: https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Games/Nintendo-Switch-download-software/Football-Manager-Touch-2018-1364011.html

Approximately 3GB. Some extra space may be required during the download and install process.

If you have a microSD card inserted into your Nintendo Switch™ console, the eShop should install the game to your SD card automatically and save your data on the SD card as well. It should only install to the internal storage if there is no SD card inserted or there is no remaining space on the SD card.

If the game fails to run immediately after purchasing and installing it, it is possible that it may not have downloaded or installed correctly. In this situation, it is best to delete the game from your Nintendo Switch™, reboot the Nintendo Switch™ fully and then re-install the game. Don't worry, the Nintendo eShop will know that you have already purchased the game and will let you download it again. Do not do this if you have run the game and have existing saves as they will be removed.

To delete the game: Highlight the game in the Nintendo Switch™ Home menu, press the + button then go to Data Management > Delete Software.
