- Open up ‘TextEdit’.
- Within TextEdit use the keyboard to press the keys Cmd+V (Command/Apple key and 'V') to paste the information into the program.
- Now save the file by clicking ‘File’ -> ‘Save’ .
- Enter a file name (say your name-crash) and click [Save].

*If for whatever reason you wish to remove all your Football Manager save data, do the following:

Go into your Sports Interactive documents folder which can be found as below:

/Users/[Your Mac Username]/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019

Delete all files

All your Football Manager game files can be found in the following location by default:

/Users/[Your Mac Username]/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2019/Games

We very much suggest having auto save turned on to weekly or fortnightly with ‘New File for Each Auto Save’ so you always have a recent backup of your save. If you find you have a large number of backup saves, you can manually delete them from the location show above.

You can change you auto-save settings via the in-game preferences at any point. Bear in mind auto save will save at the time period set by the user from the last time you saved. If you manually save at any point, the auto save clock restarts.

If you come across a bug within the game we'd very much appreciate you raising the issue for us via our community Bugs Forum which can be found here - https://community.sigames.com/forum/638-football-manager-2019-bugs-forum/

Within this forum there are a number of subsections to post your particular issue. If you're not sure which area it's suited to, please just create a thread in the All Other Issues forum and our testing team can move it to the relevant sub-forum.

Where you can, please try and provide an example of the issue with a save game. If you can provide a save game where we can reproduce the issue ideally just before the issue occurs that is most useful in allowing us to find the issue and fix it. You can upload files directly to the SI Cloud Service, just remember to let us know the file name once you've uploaded it.

If you come across a database issue within the game we'd very much appreciate you raising the issue for us via our community Data Forum which can be found here - https://community.sigames.com/forum/619-database-and-research/

Within this forum there are a number of threads specific to nations, so please use them to raise your issue. Please remember these important rules when raising a data issue:

Much of the data in the database is of a subjective nature and many people will have different opinions about this kind of data and this must be respected.

We would request you all to adhere to the following three-point plan when posting in the data topics:
1.    State what you think is specifically wrong with a particular piece of data.
2.    State what you think the data should be.
3.    State reasons/proof for your suggested corrections/improvements.
