o Invaders: Appear in your realm, not directly next to your towns. They stop you from using the resources in an area around them and can steal your banked resources if you don’t repel them.
o Raiders: Attack your towns and are capable of destroying your town buildings – walls will however slow them down. They appear next to your town buildings and will also steal banked resources if you don’t repel them within the allotted time.
o Neither raiders OR invaders will ever steal your gold.
o There is a difference between raiders and invaders, make sure you are defeating raiders and not invaders:
- Invaders: Appear in your realm, not directly next to your towns. They stop you from using the resources in an area around them and can steal your banked resources if you don’t repel them.
- Raiders: Attack your towns and are capable of destroying your town buildings. They appear next to your town buildings and will also steal banked resources if you don’t repel them within the allotted time.
o Check that you are fighting them at the minimum difficulty as required for this quest.
o The PvP ranking systems goes from rank 20 (the lowest rank) to the rank 1 (highest rank). It’s a top down ranking system.
o Each victory gives you a medal. Once you have the gold medal and obtain a victory you will move to the next rank (i.e. rank 18 gold will bring you to rank 17 bronze).
o If you lose a bronze medal your rank decreases (i.e. a defeat while being “16” bronze will bring you down to rank “17” gold).
o Every 30 days a new Archive Entry is created. If your rank is higher than rank 17 it is reset back to 17 at the end of this 30 day period. The most successful duellists are entered into the Archive which pays tribute to the top 10 since the entry began.
Disbanding a unit means you are destroying it. This means you won’t be able to recover it and you have basically lost all items and experience it had. If it cost you gold to buy it you will need to spend that gold again.
BEFORE DISBANDING A UNIT PLEASE READ THE WARNING MESSAGE STATING THIS UNIT WILL BE DESTROYED AND ALL EXPERIENCE AND ITEMS WILL BE LOST:
Detached means your unit cannot be used in combat as he doesn’t have a place to stay/rest/train. To remedy to this issue you will just need to rebuild the building that was made to get the unit in the first place. This unit is not lost but cannot participate in combat until it has a new place to stay.
Destroying a military building, unless you haven’t chosen a unit for this building will always result in a unit being detached.
A unit that has been disbanded is permanently destroyed and removed from the game with no options to get it back.
This should only be used for newly created units that have been bought by mistake.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT ALL UNITS COSTING GOLD WILL NOT REFUND THE GOLD COST UPON BEING DISBANDED. The same can be said if crafted, all resource spent will be lost.
A warning message is displayed in game, please read it before clicking on the second disband button.
What does it mean?
This means your unit is not assigned to a building anymore (i.e. the building has been destroyed).
How to reactivate it?
You will need to rebuild the type of building to which this unit is assigned
Why do I not get to choose another unit when I build another building?
Detached units will automatically be assigned to the next corresponding military building
