If nothing happens when you insert disk 1, try to run the Autoplay application manually.
To do this:
- Double-click on My Computer
- Right-click on your DVD drive
- Choose Open from the menu that appears
- Double-click on Setup.exe to launch the installer
If the DVD will not open, it is possible that your disk is faulty in some way. Please check the DVD for any marks or scratches. If you disk is damaged, please return it to the place of purchase for an exchange.
If you have more than one DVD drive in your PC, please try the disk in the second drive. If you have only one DVD drive, we recommend that you test the disk on another PC. This will help to determine if the disk is faulty.
If the disk works normally on another PC, you should try updating the drivers and firmware for your DVD drive. For assistance with this, please speak to your PC's manufacturer or retailer. If the problem persists, please contact us.
